I spent years inside organisations watching the gap between business strategy and people capability widen, with nobody connecting the dots. So I decided to.

My experience spans supply chain, retail, manufacturing, transport and warehousing, and FMCG — sectors where people are operational, tangible, and deeply tied to the commercial outcome. Not theory, but the people, teams and accountability behind the numbers.

I’ve led people and capability inside organisations and partnered with them from the outside. Built frameworks from scratch, run executive searches for business-critical roles, designed leadership programs that shifted behaviour, and navigated industrial relations under pressure.
