Most businesses would never run on outdated technology. They review it, upgrade it and replace it when it falls behind. People rarely get the same treatment. Ash Bruce speaks about closing that gap.

Ash has spent almost 20 years building capability in organisations, most recently leading people and capability across Australia and New Zealand for a national business of more than 1,000 people. She began her career in capability as a leadership facilitator.

Her own story began at 14 on a supermarket checkout. She left school after Year 10, and her year group voted her the person most likely to end up as a clown at the circus. What changed her path was someone who believed in her. That experience shapes everything she does now: helping businesses see what their people are capable of, and building the pathway to get them there.

Ash is industry agnostic, because people are people. Whatever the sector, the same truth holds: when leaders understand and invest in what their people can do, strategy lands. She brings a practical, real-world energy to the stage and gives audiences something to act on the next day.
