Most leaders are promoted because they are great at their job, not because anyone taught them how to lead. The Capable Leader Program is a 10-month leadership development program built to set them up to succeed.

  • 10 full days over 10 months, February to November 2027

  • Third Friday of each month, 10am to 4pm

  • Three stages: Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading the Business

  • Join an individual cohort based in Penrith, or run a dedicated cohort for your business
